Austrian Spouse Visa Requirements
. CR1 Spousal Visa Interview. Issued in the last 10 years and it should be valid for at least 3 months after your date of departure.
Can fiancespouse attend the interview. A valid passport or travel document. Get your Austrian fiancé or spouse to the USA.
Documents proving the relationship to the sponsor eg.
Include a passport style photo with a white background taken within the last 6 months. However there are a few exceptions to this rule like Visa D holders family members of Austrian EEA and Swiss citizens and non-EU citizens applying for a research permit.
