Is Baki A Good Anime

If the brutality is what really gets you id recommend starting with the manga as the anime is heavily censored. There are techniques that still are known in real life. Very good but you need to watch the first baki the grappler to understand whats hapening in the netflix adaptation.
Its fight scenes fought only with sheer force and brute strength are a refreshing break from many Shounen anime.
The Netflix original anime Baki got popular pretty soon after its release in 2018. Baki is without question one of my favourite anime of all time. The first baki was good though just know its gonna have the production value of a mediocre 90s anime. If your hands are tough and fast enough.
